Who is responsible for processing your personal data? 

IBERPIXEL, S.L. is the RESPONSIBLE PARTY for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that these data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Depending on the form where we have obtained your personal data, we will process them confidentially to achieve the following purposes: 

In the Contact Form 

  • To respond to inquiries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods provided on the website of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY. (Based on the legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, Article 6.1.f GDPR)
  • To send commercial advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, either present or future, enabling commercial communication. These communications will be related to the products and services of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement.   • To carry out statistical analysis and market studies. (Based on the legitimate interest of the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, Article 6.1.f GDPR) 
How long will we keep your personal data? 

We will retain your personal data for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as legal obligations require us to do so. Once they are no longer needed, they will be securely deleted or anonymized to ensure the data is untraceable. 

Who will receive your personal data? 

No personal data will be communicated to third parties unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the processing purposes, such as service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE PARTY has confidentiality and data processor contracts in compliance with current privacy regulations. 

What are your rights? 

The USER has the following rights:

  • The right to access, rectify, and erase data, as well as the right to data portability and the right to limit or object to its processing. 
  • The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

By marking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary for the provider to handle their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY are truthful and is responsible for communicating any modifications to them. 

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the USER. In the case that not all the data are provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet the USER’s needs.

In accordance with current personal data protection regulations, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY is complying with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions for the processing of personal data, and specifically with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, which states that data must be processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and must be adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. 

The RESPONSIBLE PARTY guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures required by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the necessary information to exercise their rights.
